Grand Royal Group International Company Limited, formerly also known as Myanmar Distillery Company (MDC) and International Beverage Trading Company (IBTC), was founded in 1995 by Myanmar national founders with its relentless emphasis on quality. In 2015, Texas Pacific Group (TPG), which is the American Investment Company, acquired 50% stakes of Myanmar Distillery Company (MDC). In 2017, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited bought 75% stakes of Myanmar Distillery Company. Since then, we have earned a reputation of quality among consumers and a leading position in the alcoholic beverage market with Grand Royal Brand. Grand Royal Group International has taken market leadership positions in various segments in the market with its portfolio of International Award-Winning Brands.
