Brighter PTT Oil and Retail Business Company Limited (“BOR”), a joint venture company between Brighter Energy Retail Co., Ltd. (“BER”), KBZ Group, and PTTOR International Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“ORSG”), PTT Group, was incorporated in 2019 in Myanmar. Leveraging expertise and knowledge of oil and retail business from PTT Group (Thailand) and KBZ Group (Myanmar), we aim to be a top international oil and retail brand in Myanmar to operate and expand PTT Station brand, Café Amazon brand, LPG distribution network under the concept of “Living Community” which not only combines the oil and retail businesses together to serve each customer’s lifestyle, but also co-creates with the local community under franchise system.
